Can restaurants advertise in Coffee News? As a courtesy to all of our restaurant and coffee shop clients in Chesterfield, we offer the protection that no business in the restaurant industry will be allowed to advertise in Coffee News. Although most restaurants would love to have an ad, they are disallowed automatically. The reason – a Burger King ad in Coffee News, for example, would have every McDonald’s refusing to carry Coffee News. No restaurant would welcome their competitor’s efforts to take away their customers right inside their own premises. We do offer restaurants carrying Coffee News a free listing in the publication so that readers can know where to pick up a copy of Coffee News
Why do you recommend that the ad should run for at least 17 weeks (4 months)? Advertising is about creating awareness in the public’s mind that your product/service exists. As that awareness builds, consumers will begin to buy or refer your business. On the average, your ad must be seen 7-9 times before a consumer truly becomes aware of your product/service. Four months is the minimum length of time to accurately gauge any type of results.
Can I change my ad? Yes, you can. And, it's free of charge! You will get better results if you keep your ad content and message fresh. We encourage you to make changes on a regular basis and we will work with you to create a variety of messages that get you the results you want.
How much does Coffee News cost? Rates differ depending on the length of the advertising term. Our rates are considerably less than other print media, allowing small to medium sized companies to get their message across in a cost effective manner. See our advertise page for more information.
How many people read Coffee News? Each edition of Coffee News is designed to have at least 10,000 readers every week. It's important to understand that many of our readers actually read Coffee News several times each week - because they see it all over town, seven days a week. And, most of our readers look for the new edition each week because they enjoy the content. Coffee News readers are very loyal readers.
What types of payments can you accept? We accept credit cards, checks, money orders, and cash for payment. We will send you an invoice through your email from which you can make an electronic payment using your credit card or checking account. Payment must be received before your ad is printed.
Can I have my ad placed on the front page? Yes! In fact, your ad will most likely start on the front page. Then, it will rotate so you benefit from being on all parts of the Coffee News. This exposes your ad to more readership than if it stayed in one place every week.
Where will my ad be seen? Your ad will be seen in restaurants, coffee shops, libraries, hotels, doctor's offices, waiting rooms at automotive repair shops and other public locations all over the Chesterfield area.
Can you help me design my ad? Yes. We have a professional designer available who does fantastic work. We will work closely with you to get it right or we will outsource to our network of design professionals to get the exact ad that will work for you. If you have another ad already designed or if you want to run a similar ad as in your other ad media we will arrange that as well.
What are your reader demographics? Our reader demographics tend to mirror the demographics of people who live, work, shop and dine in the communities we serve. This is a powerful tool as "Coffee News" reaches the people who will most likely patronize your business.
How big can my ad be? All ad sizes are about the size of a business card which is 2x3 inches. Keeping all the ads the same size prevents any one company from dominating the publication’s space. Everyone is on a level advertising field.
